We’ve been waiting to make this pattern since the first time we saw it! We love this summer version and look forward to creating a winter version in corduroy.
Pattern:
Zip front dress has wide pointed collar, front bodice patch pockets, skirt front pockets, and gathers at shoulders and skirt. View A has side seam slit opening. Views A and B have short sleeves. View C has long sleeves with button cuffs.
Fabric: Denim from Spotlight
The pattern suggests using a woven material, a light to medium-weight denim, a cotton blend, linen, or Twill fabric. We saw this tie-dye effect denim in Spotlight and loved the idea of putting a contrast zipper at the front. The denim gathered well into the sleeve and skirt.
